Vagif Mamedovych Rakhmanov, Director of the Research Institute of Child and Family Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, Psychology, Medical and Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Honored Doctor and Innovator of Ukraine, won the nomination “Innovator of Health Care”.
