On December 26, 2025, at the Final Assembly of the European Medical Association (EMA) «Best Practices 2025», Professor Vagif Rakhmanov received the EMA Laureate Diploma for the second time — he first received this recognition in 2016.
The diploma was awarded in the nomination «Medical Management, Proprietary Non-Pharmacological Psychophysical and Psychophysiological Treatment Methods» in the «Brand of the Year in Medicine and Wellness» category. The document was signed by EMA President Dr. Vincenzo Costigliola, #18/2, December 26, 2025.
Professor Rakhmanov also received a Certificate of Speaker with 50 CPD points awarded in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 887 dated December 5, 2025.
At the conference, he presented a paper on: «Emotional disorders with onset specific to childhood and adolescence (F93.1), caused by chronic psycho-emotional tension under wartime conditions».
