Diagnosis: Receptive speech disorder with cognitive impairment.
Before treatment, she was very hyperactive, could not sit still for a second, constantly climbed where she was not allowed – on windowsills, on tables, etc. On the street, she could pull her hand out of mine and run onto the roadway under a car. She ate sand, stones – everything was in her mouth. There was no speech at all, there were only sounds, not a single word. Poor understanding of spoken language. There were also problems with sleep, my daughter could wake up at 2-3 am, walk until 8 am, then go back to bed. That is, there was no routine.
During the treatment, the following results appeared:
• sleep began to recover, the child falls asleep at 22.00 and sleeps until 8.00, a full sleep;
• the first word “mama” appeared;
• began to understand speech better;
• became much calmer – both at home and on the street. At home, she no longer climbs everywhere, understands the word “no”. On the street, she calmly takes my hand, I no longer hold it with a death grip;
• the instinct of self-preservation appeared, she does not even think about running under the wheels of cars;
• stopped eating sand, stones and putting everything in her mouth that catches her eye;
• calmly waits for her bus, her turn at the store, although she used to throw tantrums.
That is, the improvements after the first stage of treatment are obvious.
Vlada’s dad also underwent treatment. Before the treatment, he complained of heel spurs and back pain. After the treatment, the pain in the heel became much less, and the back pain went away completely.
