Hi there, I’m Olya (I work as a practical psychologist in an inclusive resource center with children with special educational needs), and my son Dima (9 years old), Dnipropetrovsk region, Apostolove. In the fall, we finished stage 14 (exactly 5 years of treatment with the professor, we started with Igren). We turned to the doctor at 4.4 years old with a diagnosis of ASD, developmental delay, after consultations all over Kyiv, where we were told that the child would not speak, only a special kindergarten, it is not treated, register a disability, have another child… At that time, we had known about the professor’s institute for several months, but decided to go the classic way first, to look for medical treatment in the capital… But after everything we heard there, we were already in Dnipro the next day. From the first day, we canceled all the drugs, nootropics, etc., with which we were treated for more than 3 years (Cortexin, Agvantar, Neuromedin, Noofen, maybe something else, I don’t remember). To this day, we have not taken a single neurology pill and have never regretted it. The setback began after a rotavirus infection at the age of 1.2 years. Dima stopped saying what he knew, began to be afraid of a lot of things, he became picky about food, communication suffered, etc.
At the time of the appeal, the boy:
– spoke a few separate words, there were no word combinations;
– had a very weak understanding of the addressed language. I remember how Vagif Mamedovich asked during the consultation “Do you want a gift?”, but there was no reaction, the child did not understand…
– was afraid of playgrounds, game centers, any noisy rooms, the music hall in the kindergarten, a scooter, slides, sleds, etc. – in the kindergarten every day I listened to complaints, he can’t do this, he doesn’t want that, he doesn’t do that… It was some kind of horror movie…
– he was not interested in playing with children, alone, separately, just next to each other, but not together.
After the first stage, speech actively started, the number of words increased, he began to speak in phrases and even short sentences. But! Dear parents, who want speech quickly and immediately, do not rush! From my experience, I will say that let understanding come first, and then speech, because everything turned out quickly for us, but on the contrary, as a result, we struggled with echolalia for more than 2 years, and this is still the horror. My pot just exploded from the fact that the child can talk, but it is impossible to communicate with him, because he just repeats after you ((
– The list of dishes that he ate has expanded.
– He started calling me MOM again! I was Olya or Aunt for 3 years! And all because I kept him in the hospital when they put a catheter for a drip, after that Dima did not call me Mom until he was treated by a professor.
– He started going to music classes in kindergarten!
On the third day of the second stage of treatment, he said “Mom, I want a slide” and went to the playground on the territory of the institute. I walked behind and was afraid to breathe! From that day on, as soon as the child woke up, he happily ran to all the slides, playgrounds, rode the red cars near the fountain. When we came home, we bought the same one, a scooter, a bicycle. He was not afraid of anything.
And so gradually with each stage we went to recovery. I remember how I filmed the New Year’s holiday in kindergarten on the phone and howled like a beluga, because my child, who previously would not even enter this room without hysterics, performed with all the children, in a costume, with poems for Santa Claus.
– The quality and effectiveness of correctional classes have changed, I began to follow all the instructions.
Now Dima is in the 3rd grade of a comprehensive school according to the class program. Inclusion is arranged, there is an assistant, but only to support and draw his attention to the important things, because he gets tired quickly and is often distracted. He learns the program on a par with the class, learns poems very quickly, loves English. For the last six months, he has been fascinated by studying countries. We already have more maps, atlases, books, games at home than in the geography classroom))) Since September, he has been successfully attending music classes (on the piano, which he used to be afraid of like fire)).
I will be grateful to Vagif Mamedovich for giving my child a future all my life🙏
I have:
– pains in the bowler hat have gone away;
– the temperature has normalized (for more than 5 years it was 37.2, the cause could not be established, so I lived with it)
– pains in the knees have significantly decreased (injury from childhood), I started to walk normally up the stairs, ride a bicycle;
– pains in the lower back have gone away;
– fibroadenoma in the mammary gland decreased from 1.5 cm to a few mm.
– relations with my husband improved, because when there is a child in the house who does not understand much, at least not at all, but everyone will be on my nerves((
And even better a lot of different moments that I simply didn’t pay attention to, because it wasn’t time for that.
But the main thing is that we recently celebrated our youngest boy’s 1st birthday🤗 Which we decided to do only thanks to the Professor! Only because I saw that Dima has a future, that he is more independent every day, that it is not scary to leave a child with him, etc. we decided to have a second pregnancy. For this, a special THANK YOU! Water and stone grind together, so the professor’s instructions on pregnancy did not pass by))) True, he insists on the third one, but I still categorically disagree with this😆 Dima treats his brother very carefully, fulfills all my requests or instructions, watches over his things, makes sure that he doesn’t take his small toys in his mouth, carefully closes the door so that he doesn’t fall off the threshold, behaves quietly when his brother is sleeping, waits with a stroller under the store, etc.
