Mark’s treatment began at 3.3 years old, the diagnosis of Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), as everyone expected, “this is a boy by the age of 3, he will start talking” and the like, as a result, we are standing still, at the age of 3 — according to doctors, tests, the only solution one thing, stuff us with medications, we were prescribed 5 medications, we took them for a little over a month, the result was zero, there are many side effects in the description of the medications.
Naturally, as a mother, the Internet, a lot of symptoms, I myself had already made a bunch of diagnoses, everything was bad, I sobbed into my pillow for 2 weeks, almost without getting up, it was not the best fate for my son, then I gathered my courage and let’s look for a specialist for just such diagnoses, I got to Vagif Mamedovich’s website, didn’t even read the reviews, the achievements, knowledge and decisions of a person in this field were important to me, I read the biography, contacted and came for a consultation, going into the office, history, tests on the hands, the doctor looked at them without looking a look at the child: “This child is not sick, what do you have for developmental language disorders DLD?” At that moment, I realized this is our man, they will help us here!
We signed up for treatment and have already completed stage 3.
What did they come with from 3.3 years old, conversation: woman, mom, dad and just mooed, hyperactivity, poor sleep, woke up screaming 1-2 times at night, ran away, did not react to words of stop, cars, road, understanding of no danger, index there is practically no gesture, rarely, and even then it seemed purely accidental and without awareness, the toilet was a potty on the head and nothing more, fear of the sounds of a hair dryer, clippers (cutting a haircut with screaming and hysterics), give/bring it at all, did not understand what it was, except for the older sister there was no contact with other children, he didn’t walk by the hand, he struggled, the eye contact was weak, there were a lot of little things that I can’t even remember now because they passed and they were gone, a lot came after the 1st stage, calm, walk by the hand, toilet, refusal of diapers, new syllables, sleep has improved, we no longer wake up screaming, he began to notice animals, play with them, stroke them (we have 2 cats and a dog at home) earlier, as if they were not there, no reaction.
Stage 2 gave more awareness, understanding of things, execution of commands, self-care, dressing, undressing, carrying, filing, communication incl. I made contact with the children on the playground and the adults.
We completed the 3rd stage on September 25 2023, the exacerbation began on the 10th day of needles (usually we have it at home, then it goes away and new skills appear) here we are on the 10th day at home and I want to note that the address has become even better, Mark is increasingly trying to use phrases, but not yet sentences , but this is a huge +, there are new words, but for now they are cut off, not complete, but you can understand what he wants, all day long he hums, then walks around new syllables, quotes letters, those that he had not previously pronounced, in general, with everyone all at once it’s getting better and better, perhaps I missed something, but it doesn’t matter anymore, the way it goes, let it go there, in the past!) For myself, I had boiler pain (due to the weather) and an allergy to ragweed from the end of July to mid-September.
The pain in the bowler, the day passed right away like this, for 5 needles, I just put my son on the 11th day, for myself, but before I put the whole plate of Citramon, I drank, I get up in the morning, it’s cloudy, the rain weighs on my head, naturally I’m in the mood, you know, I took a pill and we’re going to the center, but I was “expecting” ambrosia (I planted the first needles in April), so it never came 😊, this year I exhaled, without a runny nose, sneezing, pills, after which drowsiness, apathetic mood, loss of strength and I don’t want anything.
